Erectile dysfunction:
This is commonly associated with Diabetes, high cholesterol levels, low testosterone and prostate cancer. This needs full investigation and can be treated successfully by treating the underlying cause. Increasing the blood flow to the penis with tablets, injections or vacuum therapy can also successfully treat ED. We provide all these services for correction of this dysfunction.
Balanitis/ infection in the foreskin
This may be associated with uncontrolled Diabetes. It can be treated with the appropriate antibiotics and also treating the underlying cause.
Phimosis/ inability to retract the foreskin
This can lead to cancer of the penis and should be treated with a circumcision.
Fractured penis
This is an injury to the penis which involves a tear in a layer called the tunica albugenia which can easily be repaired by suturing the tear surgically.
Priapism/ prolonged erections more than 4 hours
This could be due to Sickle Cell disease, medications or herbs. It could lead to injury to the penis. We provide decompression treatment and synoathomimetics for this condition.
Penile cancer
This is associated with an inability to retract the foreskin as well as HPV infections. This is usually curable if diagnosed early with a partial penectomy surgery.
